Job Description


Main Task

  • Issue PR/PO
  • Do GR/ IP When it require
  • Air-ticket MCR
  • Stationary Purchase
  • Follow up and get PO approval signature
  • Email/send out PO to vendor for acknowledge
  • Handle vendor P-Q for Singapore
  • Reimbursement of Petty Cash / Payment Voucher for Procurement team if required
  • Distribute internal & external mails
  • Handle Purchase of Stationary and Air-ticket
  • Assist Contract Department in tender preparation and submission
  • Taking Minutes of Meeting for procurement Meeting
Additional Task
  • Facility Committee
  • Master Control of Soft Copy MCR
  • Do Training for SAP on PR/PO GR and IP
