Job Description

:



Procurement Sourcing/Purchasing/Negotiation/Inventory control; Facilities upkeep and maintenance for school/subsidiary companies and other miscellaneous items (direct / indirect material). Good communication skills to build relationships with clients and vendors, and strong analytical and research skills to evaluate market trends and find the best prices. Assist for vendor management system involving supplier identification, selection and development, contract negotiation and execution, and supplier performance management. Prepare timely reports for management information. Checking each delivery against the financial documents related to it. Data entry into SMS and/or other information systems. Participate in relevant corporate activities and initiatives spearheaded by the Management. Departmental administration work support.

Job Qualification:



Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification in any field. Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and stock control, record keeping, and high communication skills. Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply. Excellent computer skills required with proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
