We are looking for a

proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative

individual to join our dynamic team in the automotive sector.

Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

(A) Purchasing Operations

Manage

OPEX

procurement activities. Request and review quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure

competitive pricing

and

high product quality

. Handle

end-to-end procurement activities

, monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and stock availability. Ensure timely purchasing to prevent stock shortages or production line disruptions.

(B) Supplier Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers. Source new suppliers and identify product alternatives when required. Evaluate and track supplier performance to ensure consistent standards.

(C) Documentation & Reporting

Ensure all procurement records are

accurately filed, organized, and updated

.

(D) Cost & Quality Control

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best price, quality, and delivery terms. Monitor market trends and propose cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement (preferably in automotive or manufacturing), fresh graduate is welcomed. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Familiarity with procurement software (e.g,: Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or any equivalent) for managing POs, vendor data, and tracking. Willing to work in Alor Gajah, Melaka.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
