Job Description

1. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

2. Proactive in sourcing new reliable vendor, alternative and new product as well as evaluate existing or reliable vendor in terms of consistency of quality product, on time deliveries, after sales services, technical support and competitive pricing.

3. Our main sourcing product is heavy machinery equipment (HME), which require to learn and identify the items.

4. Ensure all invoices and deliveries / works are verified as per requirement. Keep track of progress of projects until completion.

5. Analyse potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs.

6. Execute, control & monitor the implementation of procurement procedure so to ensure that all procurement activities are in accordance to the said procedure and support the company's objective.

7. Ensure the materials, machinery & equipment are procured in accordance with specifications, budgets & SOP in a timely manner.

8. Coordinate/liaise with Project sites, Construction and Contracts on order status, delivery schedule and cost control.

9. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by immediate superior.

10. Can Speak Mandarin & English

Preferably to 2-3years Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
