Position: Procurement Executive
Working Duration: 6 - 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Maternity Replacement)
Working Location: 2nd Floor, Lot 803, Jalan Subang 5, Taman Perindustrian Subang 47610 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Working Hours & Days: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
Salary: Basic up to RM4,000 (Based on qualifications + experiences) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement
: * To source and procure project materials or services and manage Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Tabulation of commercial bid evaluation.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining and upkeep of vendor registration and vendor data, purchase information and vendor documentation.
- Preparation of raw material price information and price trend for benchmarking.
- Maintain appropriate records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and contractual agreement are accurately documented for accountability and audit purposes.
- Perform other duties related to the field as assigned by supervisor.
- Be willing and able to meet tight deadlines.
- A self-starter, who is able to plan and manage his/her own work, takes initiative and strives to meet deadlines.
- Preferable with minimum 1 year working experience.
