Job Description

• To manage spare parts procurement (Sea & Air Freight and Domestic)
• To communicate with the oversea or domestic vendor/ supplier for the part ordered.
• Managing purchase orders for all regional.
• Supply follow-up and monitor supplier performance Support on the kit campaign, back-order monitoring on dealer/ supplier, and stock count preparation and assist with additional warehouse stock arrangement.
• In charge of warranty claim management by following up with suppliers for claims & Credit Notes.
• System management on the parts claims and assisting in preparing the claim summary report.
• Assist with the price list maintenance, update on the part master in system interchange part number, and support on part number suspension.
• Carry out improvement activities for procurement and to ensure good inventory management.
• Prepare related reports and update the daily inventory management report.
• Perform additional and ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelor Degree in business management or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in procurement and stock management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Have great Passion and customer-centric, speed, high self-initiative, positive mindset, and attention to detail.
• Honest, sincere personality and respect for diversity of people.
• Self-discipline, able to work independently or in a team and under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Knowledge of the IDS AS400 system will be advantageous.
