Location: Seksyen 51, Petaling Jaya, Position: Senior Procurement Executive Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: Up to RM5,000 Responsible to carry out all procurement duties for a wide range of products, materials and services. Source new parts / products or alternative sources in line with consistent quality, delivery capabilities and terms favorable to the company to achieve best outcomes in respect to price, value and service levels. Responsible for sourcing, selection and evaluation of existing and new suppliers. Working closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction and pricing which are advantages to the company. Responsible to perform cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with customers\' expectation. Ensure supplier selection and material(s) planned is/are purchased to meet targeted quality, competitive price and just on time delivery conform to quality, cost and delivery. Able to prepare monthly cost analysis reports and data base with recommendations. Attends internal product development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules and procurement needs. Forecast requirements and orders products to meet sales demands. Responsible to carry out and monitor all warehouse duties for items that is kept as stock. Oversee the maintenance and repair of the building facilities. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field. 3-5 years working experience in procurement department, best to be in IT equipment field. Candidate with positive attitude and always willing to learn. Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
