Job Description

Responsibilities Prepare purchasing order, invoice, packing list and provide clerical support Responsible for shipment arrangement and monitor the arrival/ shipment status Analyse monthly usage figures to determine projected holding quantities. Continually monitor for potential stock outs and help action internal processes. Notify the Purchasing Manager and internal teams of any potential stock outs. Plan Purchase Orders to Domestic & International suppliers. Liaise with suppliers on urgent requirements. Administer general stock management tasks including: updating Container Schedules, Warehouse Plans, Stock on Hand readings and Quality Checks on product batches. Maintain supplier and stock information ensuring all details are up to date Working with warehouse workers closely on review, modify and standardize the SOPs for warehouse Requirements At least 2 years relevant experience China trade experience is an advantage Intermediate skills in Excel Spreadsheets Positive working attitude, good communication and team players Good communication and written of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
