PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION): We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented procurement executive to oversee Loob Holding\'s procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes, strong negotiation skills, and experience of successfully managing supplier relationships in F&B market. The candidate will also play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of quality products for the organisation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs Drive integrated processes among operations, purchasing, logistic and suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process. Manages 3PL relationships related to logistics. Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of the stock and proper inventory keeping. Perform stock count at warehouse, ensuring inventory record in system is up to date. Oversee and implement the company price policy. Apply permit for control item via Blessed System. Compile all product halal certificates and ensure no expired halal certs. Register new suppliers and new ingredients into system. Work closely with IT team by ensuring price and products register into system Able to handle stock issues from stores. Handles and compile quotations for comparison for all SKUs and seek approval for the purchases. Obtain and negotiate credit terms with suppliers for company best interest. Provide sales support by ensuring all supply available all the time and follow up of payments. REQUIREMENTS: Qualification & Experience Preferably at least a Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field Knowledge of the Oracle Netsuite System is an added advantage Strong knowledge of local procurement processes, sourcing strategies and contract management Good communication skills
