Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assists manager in daily operational purchasing needs, negotiating with supplier on the price, delivery and service. Maintaining good relationship with suppliers to support the business. \xc2\xb7 Process purchase order according to the requirement in the PR and follow up with the vendors on the timely delivery accordance with Company policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Regular purchase review to source for alternative supply with better pricing or quality. \xc2\xb7 To deal with suppliers on any quality issues, products replacement, products sample request, pricing and interact with multi-functions to fulfill procurement requirements \xc2\xb7 Keep track of all the purchasing activities to ensure the smoothness of purchasing process on a weekly basis \xc2\xb7 Check delivery documents/invoice from warehouse/supplier and ensure accurate billing and submit to account department before monthly cut-off date \xc2\xb7 Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure proper good receiving and storage. \xc2\xb7 Performs other related ad-hoc tasks/ duties as assigned by superior/ management Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Procurement/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Operation Management or related field \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year work experience in related field. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. \xc2\xb7 Strong and wide knowledge in Procurement best practice and system- oriented background \xc2\xb7 Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay. \xc2\xb7 Assertive and dynamic, with good communication skills \xc2\xb7 Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 A valuable team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines \xc2\xb7 Possess own transport and willing to travel Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
