PURPOSE This candidate will be joining Zuellig Pharma Regional Procurement Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Category Lead for Corporate Services, this role will be a key member in supporting our regional procurement projects, generate data analysis for procurement decisions, and interacting with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive various sustainable procurement initiatives across 13 markets in Asia. Given the fast-paced and entrepreneurial nature of the business, the candidate will be expected to work independently and be familiar with delivering outcomes under conditions of uncertainty. The candidate will need to have analytical and problem-solving skills. A working knowledge of project management and having the courage and ability to execute tasks and drive improvement initiatives with a project mindset will be a significant advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support and drive Procurement Sustainability to align with Corporate Sustainability team, update SOP, on board suppliers on INX Platform to response sustainability questionnaires, Coordinate Supplier Sustainability Award Day, lead sustainability KPI audits yearly and other related activities. Prepare sustainable procurement reporting and coordination of reviews with various internal stakeholders and business units. Support and establish Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), tender document templates, forms, and contract (commercial terms) templates, where necessary, for process streamlining. Support Ariba Buying and Invoicing (BNI), Supplier Enablement for Standard Account and Procurement Processes and System. Support Category Lead for projects and tender events (RFP, RFI, auctions etc), obtain competitive bids from suppliers, and undertake other procurement administrative tasks, where appropriate. Perform spend analysis and reporting to senior management and provide recommendation based on results of data analysis, coordinate timely spend review and cleanse activities across various internal stakeholders and business units; Participate in supplier negotiations and supplier performance review meetings, where appropriate. Support training for Procurement SOP and Sustainability Policy for Procurement new joiners and Corporate Office employees. Support the onboarding for Materials Vendors using the Compliance Desktop. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management or Supply Chain At least 2-3 years of work experience in similar fields, i.e., procurement analytics, sustainable procurement projects, finance and spend analytics. Strong in English, both written and spoken. Strong presentation skills with ability to simplify, synthesize and sell ideas and opportunities. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints, familiar with spend analytics and visualisation tools. Experience in project management is an advantage. Strong team player, able to engage stakeholders across functions and levels or the organisation. Highly motivated self-starter who is willing to be hands-on, generate ideas and work independently to get things done Adaptable, flexible, and able to work under stress and manage multiple completing priorities.
