Procurement Operation: Purchase & Delivery

• Raise PR/PO to game pin vendors to replenish inventory.
• Follow up with Games Pin vendors for the delivery of stock.
• Lead time management .
• Follow up payment with Finance to avoid the delay of pin delivery.
• Vendors management: manage and feedback on vendor\'s performance in terms of service and product quality.
• Raise PO all regions.

2. Inventory Management:

• Weekly forecast for Game Pins.
• Review and monitor stock level to avoid out of stock issues/ over stock issues.
• 3rd party pins stock control.
• Inventory reconciliation for Razer Gold.

3. System maintenance: Mlogin/ SAP (if necessary- for Zest Thai is by Finance)

• Create and maintain RG\'s Product ID (PID) for all region.
• New products creation: Setup new project / Game promotion and new price rate or new commission scheme setting in Mlogin.

4. Document / Reporting administration

• To ensure complete document for all procurement transaction is duly executed.
• To ensure all hardcopy and softcopy of procurement documents properly file/ kept/ archive.
• Able to retrieve necessary document for audit, vendor payment for cross checking purpose.
• Preparing procurement\xe2\x80\x99s daily/ weekly / month report as required from time to time.
