1. To support Executive daily task as checking all the receive Invoice and get the respective Department approval
2. To monitor pending PR purchase requisition in system by weekly
3. To do comparison price when require, monitoring which ever incomplete file in record
4. Ensure all purchases confirm to user requirement, quality, quantity and competitive price
5. Carry-out any additional duties and responsibility as requested by Procurement Executive/Department from time to time
Requirements:
Candidates must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Office Systems Management or any related field.
Proficient in oral and written English
Able to be begin the Internship in
November 2025
onwards.
Office Location at Menara KK, Bandar Tasik Selatan Kuala Lumpur.
Candidate with no experience is encourage to apply.
