? We're Hiring: Procurement Lead (Oil and Gas Upstream)! ?
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to drive strategic sourcing and procurement activities for our upstream oil and gas operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and cost optimization within the energy sector.
? Location: Kuching, Sarawak
? Work Mode: Work From Office
? Role: Procurement Lead (Must have procurement experience in Oil & Gas upstream operations) - based in Kuching, Sarawak)
What You'll Do:
? Lead strategic procurement initiatives for upstream operations
? Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing strategies
? Drive cost optimization and procurement efficiency
? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
? Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations
What We're Looking For:
? 8+ years of procurement experience with at least 5 years experience in Upstream Oil and Gas categories, including Production (Drilling, Completion, Intervention), Rig Support Services, Reservoir Development, Technology, Integrity management, Life Cycle, Engineering Services, and Subsea.
? Strong knowledge of upstream operations and equipment
? Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
? Experience with procurement software and systems
? Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
