They are engage in the provision of engineering services and solutions for overhead and subsurface utilities, street lighting services, and substation EPCC services and equipment trading for substation. \xef\xbb\xbfTheir expertise are in the underground and overhead electricity distribution; underground and overhead electricity transmission; and Underground fibre optic cabling systems for mobile networks.Due to business expansion, they are looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Procurement Manager.Key Responsibiliaties:\xef\xbb\xbfResponsible for leading all procurement activities including supplier & subcontractor relationship management , strategic sourcing, negotiating, tactical purchase, managing commercial contractual agreement compliances with suppliers and subcontractor and risk management . Ensure that procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective, aligning with the company\'s strategic goals and project requirements.\xef\xbb\xbfStrategic Procurement
1. Cost effective sourcing of purchase category and material.
2. Cost analysis & benchmark on the all purchase item & services.
3. Develop and implement value-added procurement strategies that is align with the company overall strategies and objectives.
4. Lead Supplier negotiation using value procurement approach and establish competitive value agreement that protects the interest of the company.
5. Ensure ongoing projects comply with contractual agreements and performance benchmarks in the industry.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement and contracting.
7. Manage procurement budgets and provide regular reporting on cost management and savings achieved.
8. Conduct market analysis and keep abreast of core materials, industry trends and best practices that impact the business.
9. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities support project timelines and budgets.
10. Active particiaption in tender committee to determine the best possible optimum material cost and subcontractor service cost for tendering and project budgeting.\xef\xbb\xbfSuppliers & Subcontractors
1. Develop and maintain strategic relatioships with key suppliers & subcontractor to ensure favorable terms and reliable supply chains is available at all times.
2. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
3. Steer suppliers & subcontractor and establish assessment and awarding process (Include Score card) to track supplier and contractor performance.\xef\xbb\xbfSupply Process1. Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Manage the entire procurement (source to pay) process, efficient procure-to-pay process to meet company KPIs : value added purchase at optimum cost with on time delivery and quality of work that meet the project requirements\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfRisk Management1. Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
