Primary Focus: Strategic procurement, policy enforcement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead supplier selection and evaluation processes (e.g., RFI/RFQ/RFP).
Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Oversee contract negotiations and long-term vendor relationships.
Supervise procurement staff and coordinate cross-departmental sourcing needs.
Report on procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills:

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency in procurement systems and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
