We Are Looking For As the Procurement Manager, you will oversee PDG\'s Malaysia Supply Chain & procurement operations, negotiate contracts in line with regional procurement standards and manage end-to-end procurement for CAPEX and OPEX, including budget control. You will also provide tactical leadership, manage supplier relationships, and ensure procurement aligns with company goals and industry regulations. You will focus on optimizing supply chain efficiency, leading a collaborative team, and implementing cost-control and on ground follow up with supplier. Manage Malaysia Supply Chain base and define business plan to negotiate and realise negotiated agreements, which meets the needs of PDG and in line with our regional procurement parameters Develop and maintain a set of procurement processes and implement system that are consistent within PDG group Responsible for end-to-end procurement function of all spend (CAPEX/ OPEX) and budget management Ensure high standard of compliance and governance in procurement including due diligence on new and existing suppliers and conforming to PDG tendering process Manage complex procurement projects within construction and operations, to ensure alignment between costs, commercial needs, and operational execution Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements Provide Management reports, spend analysis and dashboard to maximise synergy of purchases through Category Management for Domestic, Project buy and Operations Ensure continuous productivity improvement through process improvement and enhancement in procurement strategies Qualities You Should Have Graduate Degree is a must (preferable engineering/ science background) Minimum 8 years of experience within the supply chain and/ or procurement related function, and working experience in the Procurement function of a Data Center Company is an added advantage Prior experience in Project Procurement / preferably MEP project experience Must have experience on carrying out RFP/ Tender procedure, Agreement Closure and Working in ERP (Oracle/ SAP) Familiar with local vendors in infrastructure In submitting this application for employment to PDG, you hereby acknowledge that you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure (to relevant third parties) of your personal data by us for the purposes of evaluating this application [and for other potential vacancies in the future], you may inform us of any decision to withdraw such consent in the future by contacting [HIDDEN TEXT].
