Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance, to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends and developments to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain operations.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage supplier contracts, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Implement and maintain procurement systems and tools to enhance procurement processes and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and introduce innovative procurement solutions.
• Ensure procurement activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within the semiconductor industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with semiconductor components, materials, and equipment is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using procurement systems and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Has experience in shared service environment
