• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Reporting to the General Manager /Board of Directors, The Procurement / Purchasing Executive For Group Purchasing will be primarily in charge of the procurement and the support activities for indirect commodities within the Group as well as ensuring compliance and governance of good procurement practice as per Group\xe2\x80\x99s Policies.
• The Purchasing Executive-Group Purchasing must be self driven, at all times, present himself with values of integrity, humility and excellence and adhere to the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Ethics and business conduct.
• JOB REQUIREMENT
• l SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree qualified in Business and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• l Knowledge of Mandarin is Essential due to nature of business in China Markets
• l Minimum 3 years of working experience as a procurement, planning, negotiations and contract management experience.
• l Proficiency in MS Office and have experience working with e-Sourcing
• l Self-driven and possess value of integrity, humility and excellence.
• l Strong interpersonal skill, analytical skill, negotiation skill and commercial acumen skill..
• l Supervisory and management experience.
• l A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within the group to drive business growth.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• l Responsible to work effectively, to guide and to align business segment purchasing team towards the Group Purchasing Goals, Objectives and Policies.
• l Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate to identify product/services/solution requirement to establish standards and specifications for sourcing with most optimal pricing.
• l Vendor Management and Monitoring: Analyse spent trend to identify opportunities for buying synergies.
• l Procurement System: Administrator of Group Procurement System Support.
• l To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time
