Opportunity to work with a well recognised organisation in Manufacturing with a supportive teamThe Procurement Manager will be the focal point for overall end to end Procurement activities. This person will be working closely with the leadership team to help drive growth of the company. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
- Vendor management on shortlisting, qualifying, selection and performance review.
- In all the Procurement process, to ensure all internal clients involve and clients are well supported on each area.
- Key person to set and manage on continuous excellence.
- Understanding daily challenges and gaps to achieve maximum efficiency for the department.
- Setting the KPI for department team members and ensure required guidance and support is given.
- Work closely with leadership team to growth and plan for the Procurement team.
- Ensuring all Compliance and Quality are according to set processes.
- Main gatekeeper to monitor the SOP for Procurement activities
- At least Degree in Business or any related field
- At least 8 years of experience in end to end Procurement role
- At least 3 years of managerial experience
- Proficient in SAP
- Great in communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Team player and team leader
- Open to relocation to Terengganu
- Excellent salary package depending on experience
