Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Issue a Purchases Orders/ DOs to suppliers. Track purchase progress and update internal stakeholders on delivery status. Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, lead time, and service level. Placing orders and follow up expediting deliveries with supplier on urgent basis. To maintain/update Purchasing records/data in the system. Identify cost saving areas and continuous. Development/improvement in the Purchasing processes. Handle warranty claims, replacement requests, and disputes in coordination with relevant departments. Verify purchase requests for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals before processing. Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, POs, invoices, and supplier correspondence.

Requirements:



? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum 2 years experience in procurement/purchasing.
? Preferable knowledge in technical automotive.
? Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and work under pressure.
? Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
? Willing to base at RTB Bukit Changgang, Banting, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
