Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Executes sourcing strategies for ASEAN SAG in alignment with overall Indirect category strategies. Collaborates with strategic procurement category teams to support the development of Category Management strategies, then executes those strategies and best practices across multiple spend categories of accountability in the cluster, delivering value aligned to business objectives.
• Procurement process and systems enablement: Supports organizational change management efforts in the cluster supporting the Global Procurement process and system continuous improvement initiatives. Seeks opportunities to optimize processes and develop Procurement understanding across the business-drives procurement policy and process understanding and compliance.
• Spend and market insight: Data and spend analysis. Interpret data and identity cost saving or other value added opportutines and then establish a procurement project. Maintains relationships with and understanding of local supply base, providing insight to global Procurement supplier segmentation strategy.
• Contract negotiation and management: Executes negotiations for local contracts in order to meet regional and global financial targets, while supporting cluster business objectives. Manages contract performance delivery with stakeholders, mitigating risk of business interuption proactively, seeking opportunities to collaborately extract value.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related Operational function required. Previous strategic sourcing experience required. Experience in a related industry preferred.
• Indirect procurement experiences and category exposure to Corporate environment spend areas such as Distribution and Logistics, IT, Professional Services, Marketing & Communications, Travel & Expenses.
• Knowledge: Core procurement processes and strategic sourcing concepts.
• Skills required: Strong data, financial/ statistical analysis, organization skills, strong stakeholder engagement skills, a team player, strong written and verbal communication skills, influencing skills, self-directing, and ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Skills desired: SAP and sourcing tools such as SRM, Foreign language, manufacturing process, international experience,
