Job Criteria / Requirements



Minimum

STPM or Diploma

in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Basic knowledge of

procurement process

, purchase requisition, and vendor coordination. Able to prepare and verify purchase orders, quotations, and delivery records. Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Able to start work immediately and commit to the full contract period.

Preferred



Prior experience in administrative or purchasing roles will be an advantage. Possess initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
