Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain or related discipline 2-3 years as Sourcing Specialist Experience in MRO / Cleanroom products is added advantage Proficient in using MS Office-MS Excel Good customer service skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Good team player with the ability to work effectively under deadlines Able to commit for 4 months RESPONSIBILITIES: Source material sources, capacity, capability or processing methods to meet business requirements, specifications, quality and cost objectives. Negotiate the trading terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve and exceed cost saving and margin improvement targets. Set base prices by SKU, set and review pricing matrix discounts in accordance with agreed trading margins. Set up and regularly review product categories and item classification in the ERP. Review sales and margin trends by product/ vendor for strategic product/ vendor management decision making. Conduct supplier audit, drive supplier performance, develop and maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier agreements to achieve win-win situations between suppliers Ensure world class customer service is achieved. Ensure compliance with company \'s sourcing policies and procedures.
