Job Description

Responsibilities:



Review vendor list and identify vendors that need to be registered; coordinate with KVC team for registration Communicate with vendors and follow up on form completion. Review material tracking sheet to identify materials that need timely purchasing. Highlight items without quotations to the Procurement Manager/Material Planner. Contact vendors for quotations when required. Assist Procurement Manager/Material Planner in tracking PO issuance to ensure material required dates are met.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields). Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Internship duration: 3 months - 6 months. Willing to work in Puncak Alam.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
