- Previous experience in beauty retail or skincare advisory roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare and beauty products is preferred.
- Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations, identifying and understanding customer needs.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and recommend suitable products to support customers' skincare journeys.
- Encourage hands-on experiences to improve customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
