What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a talented Senior Product Analyst to help transition our mission-critical risk management solutions to a cloud-based SaaS and Managed Services model. In this role, you will work closely with FIS internal hosting organizations, public cloud providers, development teams, clients, prospects, and more to shape and drive the roadmap for our strategic cloud initiative. This is a technically diverse role that requires adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Be the central resource for design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move through production and distribution stages Work closely with various IT organizations, both internal and external, as well as client-facing teams Drive, monitor, and support the implementation of a public cloud hosting solution for our distributed .NET/Windows stacks, including service definition Assist in implementation planning and ensure successful go-live and client satisfaction Identify and drive automation of blueprint patterns to streamline repeated processes (e.g., client onboarding, releases, patches, upgrades, etc.) Evaluate and propose new ideas to improve our cloud readiness, cost-efficiency, automation, and maintenance aspects (e.g., build & deployment, monitoring & alerting, etc.) Perform other related duties and responsibilities What You Bring Strong project management and product management skills A keen interest in Cloud architectures, technologies, and trends Basic understanding of hardware and software architectures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with global teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivery Added bonus if you have Experience with AWS or Azure stack Experience in the Banking industry, specifically in Risk Management What We Offer You A career at FIS goes beyond just a job.
