Job Description
Role Highlights:
Lead commissioning activities for new assembly lines (PPAP, cycle-time, capacity)
Develop and implement manufacturing processes to increase production efficiency
Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability without compromising quality
Prepare and maintain CP, FMEA, Process Flow, SOP, BOM, and Process Cards
Manage layout design, prototype builds, and customer audits (NPI, process, product)
Conduct capacity studies, line balancing, and lean process improvement
Provide training for operators and inspectors on technical standards
Support ECN, documentation revisions, and non-conformance rectification
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Trained in IATF 16949:2016 and the 5 Core Tools?
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), CATIA, Microsoft Office?
Knowledge of Yamazumi, CP, FMEA, BOM, Poka-Yoke, and Lean Manufacturing?
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
Mandarin (Preferred)
