Willing to work long hours and standby including festive and public holiday if required. \xc2\xa7 Comply to all the company SOPP. Your Responsibilities: \xc2\xa7 Review and strategise Product Simplification and Rationalisation delivery in Digi \xc2\xa7 Platform owner of next generation product catalogue and own the delivery of it. \xc2\xa7 Responsible to drive SI and convince stakeholders to deliver new means of product configuration. \xc2\xa7 Work with Architect to strategise and develop roadmap for Product Catalogue in CRM and Asia Billing. Work closely with other platform owners on product roadmap, provide recommendation and advise for solution design for end to end flow. Define new user journeys for CRM/Billing product configuration flow. \xc2\xa7 Work with Telenor group IT to drive standardisation and provice technical advisory for product catalogue related issues and directions. \xc2\xa7 Maximise OOTB capability of CRM/Billing products. \xc2\xa7 Review and enhance product data structure to cater for Busines Requirement or future needs \xc2\xa7 Ensure design and operational best practices are implemented for application or solution built. \xc2\xa7 Work hand in hand with various stakeholders (Product Development, CGTM, Enterprise Business, Digi-X, Finance) to realise business ambitions and goals. \xc2\xa7 \xc2\xa7 Constantly assess alternatives and effective way for project delivery. \xc2\xa7 Perform periodic project risk assessment and develop mitigation action to ensure project on tracks. \xc2\xa7 Responsible to authorise, approve and govern solution implementation and manage its lifecyle. \xc2\xa7 Build modular components/modules using microservices technology to orchestrate process flow. \xc2\xa7 Adoption of TM Forum Open API and standard best practices as much as possible. \xc2\xa7 Escalate to higher management for roadblocks and seek for guidance to overcome issue. \xc2\xa7 24x7 Escalation OnCall, Lead and Drive SI to fix defects or bug to ensure fast recovery. \xc2\xa7 Plan for SOP, preventive actions, define SOP for operation readiness. \xc2\xa7 Define SOP that includes end to end demand management and all possible changes on the production system such as any service request, new change and configuration is tested in test environment and have gone thru proper CAB approval and operationally ready before deploying in the production system. \xc2\xa7 Guide new change configuration lead in carring out CCM activity by implementing proper quality control process and procedure as part of operation readiness and post go live stability. \xc2\xa7 End to end capacity management is in place to monitor product growth either linear or exponential based on the market trend and product offers and develop action plans to ensure the system is capable to handle the increase in offers. \xc2\xa7 Continuously instill the exploration mindset to drive transformation and IT Capability Uplift jointly with SI Provider Your Merits: \xc2\xa7 Minimum 8-10 years working experience in the related field is required for this position \xc2\xa7 Strong knowledge in Telco product management and life cycle(configuration, production activity, etc) related to relevant fields \xc2\xa7 Understand and comply with the company Standard Operating Procedures & Policies \xc2\xa7 Candidate must possess at least a Degree holder in EE, Telecommunication or Computer Science \xc2\xa7 Good communication, presentation and report writing skills \xc2\xa7 Project management experience would be an added advantage \xc2\xa7 For this role it is important for you to constantly have a customer mindset i.e. able to think and react in ways that will be beneficial or cause least disruption to our customers \xc2\xa7 You must be able to make sure resources are always available within your team to react to any issue at hand, and you must have the foresight in anticipating this. \xc2\xa7 You have an appreciation for good service level and customer experience, whilst having the ability to anticipate and mitigate problems \xc2\xa7 You have the mindset to \xe2\x80\x98take the lead\xe2\x80\x99 and deliver on the mandate \xc2\xa7 Strong track record of technology delivery \xc2\xa7 Demonstrated success in creating a delivery organization using relevant tools and processes \xc2\xa7 Good understanding of software development, project management methods and processes \xc2\xa7 Proven leadership and management skills \xc2\xa7 Strong Leadership/ Team Building/ Decision Making attribute Job Types: Full-time, Contract
