About the Role

We are looking for a

Product Design & Development Manager

who can take ideas from concept to launch -- managing everything from product improvements to e-commerce listing optimization.

You'll work closely with factories, designers, and marketing teams to bring new, innovative products to market and continuously improve our existing lineup.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

new product development

from idea to market launch. Work with factories in China and suppliers to develop, modify, and improve product designs. Manage

product samples, testing, and quality control

. Collaborate with graphic designers for packaging, branding, and instruction manuals. Create, optimize, and manage product listings on

Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart

. Analyze product performance, identify issues, and develop

creative solutions

. Conduct competitor research and stay updated on trends and innovations. Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Requirements

Experience in

product design, development, or manufacturing

. Strong understanding of

e-commerce marketplaces

(Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, etc.). Hands-on experience working with

factories or suppliers

(preferably in China). Problem-solving mindset -- can identify bottlenecks and find practical, efficient solutions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

CAD tools or product prototyping

. Familiarity with

Amazon listing optimization

(keywords, images, copywriting). Basic understanding of

supply chain and logistics

. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

Base Pay: RM3,577.66 - RM6,754.25 per month
