• Design and develop innovative, user-centric, and pixel-perfect UI solutions for digital products.
• Create design solutions by understanding business objectives and addressing users\' pain points.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables that adhere to digital branding standards.
• Coach and mentor junior designers.
• Manage the entire design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and post-implementation validation.
• Establish and guide the visual direction of new initiatives.
• Translate UX research insights into design solutions while considering business objectives.
• Design intuitive and relevant layouts, taking into account all user scenarios and technical feasibility.
• Present and explain design decisions and complex user flows clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Evaluate conflicting feedback and propose user-focused solutions.
• Work with UX designers on usability testing, incorporating findings into the design, and collaborate with developers to validate the UI post-implementation.
• Manage and contribute to the Design Language System (DLS).
• Conduct market research to produce innovative, market-leading product experiences.
• Perform quality checks at all stages of delivery.
• Independently gather requirements, estimate design efforts, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Review and challenge junior designers\' work to encourage outstanding outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in digital design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product development with a solid portfolio and a proven record of delivering end-to-end product design.
• Leadership skills:

• Advocacy for ideal user experience and communication of its impact.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts with constructive recommendations.
• Team management skills.
• Business acumen:

• Investigative, data-driven, and innovative approach to challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical skills:

• Proven experience in multi-platform UI/UX development.
• Strong, clean visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to produce digital drawings is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Cloud, etc.
