Join our multicultural team of visionaries and industry rebels in disrupting the traditional finance industry!We are looking for a customer-focused product designer to join our team to drive the focus on enabling a seamless & frictionless experience for MoneyLion users.Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and iterate on user flows and user experiences for various products and features
• Generate wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Partner with product manager(s), engineers, data scientist(s), and other teams to make strategic decisions to shape the future of the product with design, relevant data by taking into consideration the potential business impact
• Be able to leverage research insights to identify important user needs, empathize with users, explore and iterate to define possible solutions to those problems, and validate your designs with users
• Advocate for the end user by influencing decisions to ensure that products, solutions, and design decisions are aligned with well-defined user needs and expectations
• Conduct user research to discover product insights, opportunities, and requirements
• Be able to leverage research insights to identify important user needs, empathize with users, explore and iterate to define possible solutions to those problems, and validate your designs with users
• Prioritize, organize, and document work (Design brief) & design systems in a robust, scalable, and flexible manner.
• Understanding of inclusive and accessibility design best practices

About You

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or relevant experience in design
• 2+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating design process and problem-solving skills
• Experience with /Figma/After Effects/Photoshop/Illustrator. Knowledge of Lottie is a plus
• Must have a portfolio featuring examples of design work
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just xe2x80x9chow it should lookxe2x80x9d but also xe2x80x9cwhat we should buildxe2x80x9d)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions)
• Ability to work well on an highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
• Open to exploring new ideas and challenges with the team
