JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a highly motivated sourcing executive to assist the company in creating strong relationships with supplies and maintaining the existing ones. The product development executive\'s responsibilities include sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive price. You should be able to maintain and udpate the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationship with them as well as existing suppliers
• Conduct inquiry, comparison of the price, negotiate price and terms with suppliers(local/Overseas)
• Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation
• Review opportunities, conduct a corresponding assessment on suppliers, including product quality and delivery time
• Development of new suppliers to ensure there are at least 2 alternate sources of supply for each item
• Market research for the best value, market acceptability on benchmark products
• Conduct competitor\'s analysis
• Benchmark product sales report analysis
• Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by immediate superior

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
