We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Development Executive to join our health supplement department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of new health supplement products, improving existing formulations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficacy. Responsibilities: New Product Development: Lead the research, ideation, and development of new health supplement products from conceptualization to launch, considering market trends, consumer needs, and scientific research. Formulation Enhancement: Continuously improve and optimize existing product formulations based on scientific advancements, ingredient availability, and customer feedback. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trends and scientific studies to identify opportunities for new product development or improvement. Ingredient Sourcing: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality raw materials and ingredients for product development while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality standards in the health supplement industry. Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes, conduct product testing, and collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure product safety, efficacy, and stability. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align product development strategies with business objectives and timelines. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product development processes, including formulation records, specifications, and regulatory documentation. Generate reports on project progress and findings. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous. Proven experience in product development within the health supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of health supplement formulation, ingredients, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret scientific data and research findings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using software for formulation, data analysis, and project management.
