University degree holder with CGPA above 3.2 in Nutrition/Health Science/Food Science & Technology/Chemist/Biotech/Bioscience or equivalent
Additional knowledge/credit in personal care/cosmetics, food and health supplement products will be an advantage
3 years above working experience in the related field
Good initiative, ability to guide, coach & motivate others.
Independent and resourceful with good organizational and management skills
Fluent in English/ Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin speaking is preferred
Mature, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player
MS skills in various software, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skill, etc.
Able to commit him/herself outside of office hours when necessary
Able to support training/event/activities outstation upon requested
Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

To prepare documents, perform product and trademark registration;
To liaise with authorities on regulatory issues, registration and product quality matter;
To review of label, packaging and marketing tools, providing support for product claims, and assisting the product imports with proper documentation.
To work as a team member in new product development projects
To perform tasks dedicated during new product launch, training, company events, and enhancing support tools on products related materials, in order to bring contribute to the growth of sales.
To monitor product information on labels, website, videos, and printing materials related to product, according to the latest regulation changes to ensure compliance with code of advertising.
To conduct internal product training.
To ensure good housekeeping and that up-to-date regulatory documentation is maintained.
To carry out in house testing for quality assurance as well as new product development.
To compile and review all product registration documents for local and overseas market.
To ensure registration of new products, licenses and product renewals are complete accurately and on time.
Try out online market survey for existing and new products.
To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
