Product Development Intern
Job Description
Assist in the development and execution of product development strategies. Assist in conducting product tests which include collecting data and feedback, analyse product performance and suggest recommendations for improvements. Assist in the management of the end-to-end product development process, including product design, prototyping, testing, and launch. Work closely with everyone in the product development team to develop products that align with the business objectives and growth targets. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the coffee and food industry, and provide insights to the product development team. To perform every other duty as assigned by superior or management. , Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in Food Science, Culinology, Culinary Arts or related fields. Preferably has experience (university / FYP projects) in regards to creating a new product . Passion for coffee and beverage innovation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
