• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience as a mobile Internet product manager
• Possess scientific ToC product management ability and problem-solving ability, have the ability to effectively promote product progress and accurately grasp resources and budget
• Have 0-1 product design experience, have mature product system experience, successful product cases and project practice are preferred
• Be able to independently build a project structure, be familiar with the business process of Internet product development, and have business experience in a certain industry
• Possess the research and analysis ability of industry, market, competition trend, and consumer demand, and the ability to quickly learn new products and businesses
• Have good operational planning thinking, strong business sensitivity and business planning ability, familiar with various business models, have good analysis and judgment ability, excellent logical thinking ability and innovation ability
• Have in-depth research on product interaction design, UED workflow and specifications; have a deep understanding of user experience and practical experience
• Good communication and coordination ability and communication skills, with affinity for cross-team communication. Product team management experience is preferred
• Mandarin can be used as a working language (required). English can be used as a working language (optional, plus points)

Tanggungjawab

• Based on industry information collection, product research and user research, research product development trends, plan and coordinate product development planning, and clarify positioning, goals and strategies
• Responsible for the overall product planning, prototype design, and functional design of Internet products, and cooperate with the operation, UE, R&D, and testing teams to achieve implementation
• Through requirements collection, requirements scheme design, project resource management and control, participate in requirements review and technical review, and implement agile product life cycle management
• Produce product MRD and PRD; be responsible for product process and logic rule formulation. Responsible for the final acceptance and quality control of the product.
• According to the company\'s strategic rules, combined with market and business development, operational data feedback, and user analysis and research, formulate innovative development paths and phased iteration strategies for products; be responsible for product improvement, optimization, iteration, and release.
• Discover business growth points and promote performance growth through product iterations; based on user portraits, user behavior analysis, etc., continue to optimize funnels and improve Consumer-end product experience
• Collaborate with market, operation, technology and other related resources to promote the product development process, continue to pay attention to the operation of the product after IT is launched, and continuously improve the product experience
