Product Development Senior Technician / Associate Engineer
Job Description
The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Assist Product Development Manufacturing (PDMF) on new project development ( Shift Tech)
Coordinate Engineering build execution in production line from LOT start till shipment
Collaborated with production and Process Tech for standard process build.
Manage new produciton develop new system setup
Responsible toe build material readiness and clear understand to Doe matrix on the engineering build
Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
> 2 years of working experience in engineering/semiconductor line
Support/assist R&D activities such as samples build/Engineering EVA
Able to setup and do conversion to run R&D samples build
Possess basic technical knowledge in electronic/semiconductors
