Job Description

1) Involve in the testing/trial run of new products or processes by working with the R&D team and production executive to ensure the plant is designed and set up to produce at maximum output levels and efficiency. 2)Provide technical support for production and maintenance in the plant to ensure maximum production output and minimization of downtime and outage of the process equipment. 3) Incorporate product specifications, engineering technology and production processes to develop best practices in improving production capacity, quality and reliability of products. 4) Directly involve and assist in manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and testing production method for optimization and identifying possible opportunities for improvements. 5) Review existing data and conduct more research and analysis, if necessary, for process improvement projects. 6) Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. 7) Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. 8) Assist in production operation and improvement, follow up and provide support for abnormal cases. 9) Assist in improving resin production flow. 10) Assist in promoting and executing production improvement project. 11) Assist in documentation work. 12) Perform a weekly and monthly report to superior. 13) To implement all policies, activities and procedures as relevant and required by the quality management system. 14) To ensure that design meet project / design brief and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. 15) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. 16) Responsible for department\xe2\x80\x99s ISO9001 and ISO13485 documentation and implementation. 17) Must have intermediate skill in using CAD design tools such as Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks 18) Possesses good communication skill.
