Job Responsibilities

Create and verify NPI (New Product Introduction) BOMs for new products. Prepare and manage engineering documents such as ECN/ECR and release them in the system. Support trial production, handle abnormalities, and conduct first article inspections. Analyze product test failures, identify root causes, and provide rework guidance. Interpret technical documentation and develop a clear understanding of manufacturing processes. Support engineering verification, analysis, and drive continuous product and process improvement.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Electronics, Electrical Engineering

, or related field. Experience or strong understanding of

PCBA NPI (New Product Introduction)

processes. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and familiar with engineering documentation tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in electronics and product assembly. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication skills and proactive in continuous improvement.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
