Job Description
:
Managing new products, engineering changes, replacement tooling and supplier resource activities from an NPI perspective. Coordinate the timing plans with the customers and internal teams. Manage the development and execution of quality activities for new product introduction, using APQP, PFMEA and SPC to ensure all requirements are met on time. Producing full manufacturing process flows with support from internal team. PPAP submission to customers to obtain approval. Review 3D CAD and 2D drawings with internal team, suppliers and customers. Analysis of new products and processes using CPK. Liaise with customers and suppliers on new projects.
Job Requirement :
Degree in Electrical and Electronics, Assembly Process or Manufacturing Engineering field or equivalent years of related working experience. Good understanding of 3D CAD and 2D engineering drawings. Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and recognized QC tools. Knowledge on Quality standards such as ISO9001 / TS16949 / IAFT Quality core tools trained. Good risk management ability financial and commercial acumen. understand GD&T SPC-Cpk/Ppk would be beneficial.
