Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled

Product & Interior Design Specialist

to join our team. This role involves preparing 2D and 3D design proposals using our acoustic products, conducting site visits, meeting clients, guiding them in colour and material selections, and monitoring the design implementation. You will act as both a product designer and an interior design consultant, ensuring that every project meets functional and aesthetic goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Technical

Develop

2D drawings, detailed layouts, and 3D renderings

for client proposals. Create product-based design solutions using our acoustic ceiling and wall panels. Ensure drawings comply with installation requirements and site conditions. Work closely with the technical team to refine design concepts.

Client Engagement

Conduct

site visits

to take measurements and assess project needs. Meet with clients to understand design requirements and present design options. Assist clients with

colour selection, finishes, textures

, and acoustic product choices. Provide professional design advice based on space functionality and aesthetics.

Project Monitoring

Coordinate with installers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper design execution. Monitor project progress to ensure accuracy of installation according to drawings. Resolve on-site design challenges and provide timely adjustments where needed.

Team Collaboration

Support sales and project teams with drawings, presentations, and technical insights. Prepare design documentation and reports for internal use and client submissions.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or equivalent. Strong design sense with knowledge of space planning, materials, and colour coordination. Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable meeting clients. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Advantage: Experience in interior fit-out, acoustic materials, panels, or construction industry. Possess own transport for site visits.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
