Product Management Engineer

Job Responsibility:

Performing market/desk research to understand market requirements/needs for new product development Identifying the needs of the company and integrating Product market research to determine the needs and goals of new products. Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and better serve customers' needs. Conduct desk research to provide data and insight on industry trends, competitors' moves, and end-user industries' requirements Assess end-user requirements and propose new product ideas to suit their evolving needs Deliver presentations to promote our product range and Support customers by providing product knowledge and resolving product issues. Conduct sales analyses and generate insight, and provide regular product reporting to support decision making.

Requirements:

Data analysis skill expert in Microsoft Excel, to organize, analyse, and present complex databases Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in other languages is advantageous. Team player, able to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization Innovative, critical thinking skills with the ability to generate and develop new ideas

Education & Experience:

A recognized qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Mechatronic, Chemical, Actuarial science, any Engineering field, or time served apprenticeship. At least 2 years of experience in a related field will be an advantage. Fresh graduates can be considered. * Occasional travel within the Asia-Pacific region is required (when necessary).
