OUR CLIENT

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Product Management Specialist to join their team to develop and be heavily involved in the management of their data center and network products.

As a Product Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond, as well as developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability of our data center and network products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center and networking technologies, good business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and high-quality products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team player in ideation, development, and launch of new data center and network products.
• Define product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful service launch.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer and business needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including messaging, sales collateral, and product demonstrations.
• To manage product performance reports and provide analysis against industry trends.
• Serve as a product expert and evangelist, providing guidance and education to internal and external stakeholders.
• To assist seniors and management in business plans, including costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
• Answering sales enquiries and RFP related data center and network services to ensure successful product sales.
• Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Vocational in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Strong technical background and understanding of data center and network architecture, infrastructure, and applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Experience developing and executing successful product launch and go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, innovative products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
