Our mission is to provide our customers with a seamless car servicing experience, from easy appointment booking to flawless service quality. We are seeking a Product Manager who possesses innovation and a strong commitment to delivering remarkable user experiences. This product manager will be accountable for collaborating with both product and business leaders to identify the most significant issues in the user journey and develop strategies to execute solutions effectively. Your Day-to-Day Owner of the after-sales service product roadmap. Lead the development and implementation of after-sales service user journey to ensure all the deliverables are meeting the expected goals and timeline. Work closely with the team to understand the problems and prioritize each of them based on the impact it can give. Conduct user research, gather user feedback, and analyze feedback/data to discover customers\' pain points and enhance accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Manage the development and deliver all initiatives to meet both users & business goals. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of the progress and impact of each initiative launched. Continuously monitor the usage and performance of the user journey in after sales service, and make data-driven decisions on improvements and optimizations. Your Know-How 1-2 years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing products. Strong product management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The ability to conduct user research and analyze its findings to determine users\' pain points and identify optimal solutions to overcome it. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions. Possess the knowledge and comprehension of the procedures involved in a car service center is a plus. Technical background and understanding of software development processes is a plus. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
