Develops, leads, and ensures execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations. Responsibilities include development of short-term tactical sales and Brand/Product Management marketing plans, and contributes to longer-term tactical plans. Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack and/or activities which may harm our patients and business partners. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Key Responsibility
Monitors and ensures assistance to sales staff through the provision of research, creation and improvement of sales support and presentation materials.
Coordinates the arranging of trade shows and conferences (attending when necessary),and maintaining.
Evaluate the efficiency of the company\'s sales and marketing programs.
Examines changes and improvements for future programs to further support sales and profitability.
Leverage on market conditions in existing and potential markets, makes recommendations to management.
Explores new ways to promote existing products and provides input on existing product modifications.
Facilitates product development feasibility projects: assessing feasibility of proposed new products, researches accurate market and competitor information, plans effective materials, etc.
Evaluates and implements market research and test market activities and builds reports applying the data.
Coordinates the administration of surveys, interprets survey data and builds detailed reports
Key Requirement
Prefer Degree candidates within the space of Business / Marketing / Finance or similar backgrounds
Minimum 4 - 7 years of marketing and /or experience; proven track of record within Product management in-line or strategic marketing experience
Knowledgeable in marketing proficiencies: eye for business, brand strategy and flawless marketing execution
Experience leading and liaising with advertising and marketing agencies
Lead cross-functional job rotations
Commercially savvy with market research expertise, business planning (budgetary/finance) experience and good knowledge on health economics (e.g. pricing, reimbursement) exposure
