Job Description

An established pharmaceutical company is looking for Marketing Product Manager (Ethical pharma) to handle their new product launches/ established product pipelines.

• Achieve annual sales targets in Malaysia, including growth objectives and agreed-upon market shares.

• Develop yearly plans and budgets for brands, along with monthly demand forecasts, managing marketing expenses efficiently and assessing their effectiveness for a positive return on investment.

• Prioritize an approach centered on healthcare professionals (HCPs) in all brand activities and gain a comprehensive technical grasp of the brands assigned.

• Supervise marketing programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, safeguarding the company and brand reputation. * Assist in securing speakers for various medical education events and conferences, including coordinating pre-recorded sessions with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for webinars. Spearhead planning and content initiatives on the Docquity platform.

• Analyze market and brand trends, patient behaviors, and competitor actions to extract actionable insights informing business decisions, adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.

• Identify and assess portfolio gaps, adhering to process requirements and supporting the evaluation of global/regional new product development (NPD) initiatives. Develop comprehensive local launch plans for submissions

• Provide adequate support and training to the sales team with brand detail aids.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of patient, customer, and HCP initiatives with approved business strategies and brand guidelines.

• At least 3- 5 years of experience working in pharmaceutical ethical marketing
• Preferably experience in handling cardiovascular/respiratory or primary care ethical products
• Experience in budgeting, planning and executing sales campaigns and overseeing local sales activities.
• An independent, aggressive, driven person and passionate with the products portfolio
