Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of a smart home growing appliance from prototyping to mass production. This product is designed to provide a sustainable and convenient way for people to grow fresh produce in their own homes and offices.

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
• Experience in building and testing prototypes and refining designs to meet quality standards.
• Strong engineering knowledge, particularly in the areas of mechatronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Knowledge of product development processes, including design, engineering, prototyping, and mass production.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Tanggungjawab

• Lead the product development process, from concept to mass production, ensuring that the product is completed on time and within budget.
• Build, test, and refine prototypes alongside the engineering team especially in area of mechatronics to ensure that the product meets the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, agriculture, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, and develop and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Understand customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product features.
• Communicate product status and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis.
