\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities:\xc3\x98 Develop new products\xc3\x98 Develop new customers\xc3\x98 Develop/ increase market share / product portfolio\xc3\x98 Achieve monthly/ yearly target (sales and margin)\xc3\x98 Liaise / co-operate/ work closely with principals / suppliers\xc3\x98 To build better customer relationship\xc3\x98 Handle customer complaint and product failure.\xc3\x98 Work closely with sales team to achieve sales target and margin\xc3\x98 Monitor payment collection and AR\xc3\x98 Monitor the stocks level and IR\xc3\x98 Update market info/ situation/ environment daily/ weeklyRequirements:\xc3\x98 Minimum2-3 years experience in sales & marketing (Household and Personal Care industry)\xc3\x98 Sales & Marketing or Chemical background experience\xc3\x98 Diploma, degree holder in related discipline.\xc3\x98 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Relevant fields.\xc3\x98 Strong sales management skills and good in business deal negotiation.\xc3\x98 Possess own transport and able travel.\xc3\x98 Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin in an added advantages.\xc3\x98 Possess knowledges of sales and marketing techniques.\xc3\x98 Good communication (written and oral), management and interpersonal skills.\xc3\x98 Good personality with positive attitude, willingness to be a team player.
