About the Role: This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between operations and product development. You\'ll start by immersing yourself in our current warehousing operations, gaining a deep understanding of processes and potential improvement areas. Once equipped with this knowledge, you\'ll transition into a product-focused role, automating operations, building dashboards, and creating valuable analytics. This hybrid journey demands a blend of operational expertise, analytical prowess, and a passion for building efficient systems. Responsibilities: (i) Immersive Learning (Operations Phase): Shadow and actively participate in daily warehousing operations, gaining firsthand experience of inbound, outbound, and returns processes. Manage and monitor workflow and day to day operations (B2B and B2C business models) to compliance with internal and external regulations and policies/processes/service level agreements Deeply understand existing SOPs, system integrations (OMS, WMS, Lazada, Shopee, etc.), and identify areas for improvement. Oversee and study all operational reports executed by team to detect issues or needed improvements and provide directions to team (Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly ) Analyze operational reports to uncover inefficiencies and potential automation opportunities. Collaborate with the operations team to refine processes and implement temporary workarounds. Monitor the performance metrics of different reporting teams and take necessary actions to improve Support to build and implement SOPs or new way of working to ensure the consistency and effective of operational processes Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations Lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operational processes Identify team\'s development needs & drive improvement plans so the team is able to deliver the expected results in consistent manner To coordinate with internals (Commercial, Business Development, Finance,..) and externals (warehouse/fulfillment partners, platform partners, LMDs, transportation partners,..) to maintain smoothly and seamless operation with optimized cost and resources (ii)Product Development & Automation (Product Phase): Manage E2E Supply Chain system solutioning, processes and training. Ensure inventory data synchronization between WMS, OMS and Channels (process of aligning inventory levels across different systems to avoid OOS or overselling) Sell-in and Sell-out reconciliation: Real-time reporting of (i) cost price (ii) raised PO (ordered value vs. delivered value), (iii) sell-in stocks, (iv) sell-out quantity (platform vs actual) by iSKU and (v) sell-out run-rate by sku level Stock-on-Hand Performance: SOH analysis covering (i) Days of Inventory on hand (DOI), (ii) Aging buckets, and (iii) overstock and understock vs run-rate Tracking of Operational Performance: Track and report key operation metrics: ship on time (SOT), cancellation rate (CR), fast fulfilment rate (FFR), package not ready (PNR), average preparation time (APT) Productivity tools: Inventory levels forecasting, PO automation, Return and Exchange management Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations and minimize manual work. Develop comprehensive dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Integrate data from various sources (commercial, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Prioritize feature development based on user needs and business objectives, managing the roadmap and backlog effectively. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the automated systems and dashboards. Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in ecommerce automation and analytics, proactively recommending improvements. (iii)Additional Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders, including operations team, commercial leads, and vendors. Take ownership of projects, deliver results on time and within budget, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Be a passionate advocate for process improvement and data-driven decision making. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally in an ecommerce environment. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS). Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to a rapidly changing environment. Willing to travel.
